Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy (BIRD) response to highly misleading Ombudsman statement on Jau Prison hunger strike
On 12 August 2023, the Ombudsman issued a highly misleading statement that serves to legitimise the degrading policies within Jau Prison while failing to address
